Job summary

Lineville Health And Rehabilitation LLC is seeking a Housekeeping Aide for full-time 6am–3:30pm to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents in long‑term care and rehabilitation. The role supports dignity and quality of life by ensuring cleanliness and infection prevention.

The successful candidate will work in a team-oriented setting with opportunities for growth, competitive pay, and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Compassion and respect for elderly and disabled residents.
• Dependable with regular and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Dust, disinfect, and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Clean windows, mirrors, floors, and other assigned areas.
• Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Properly use approved cleaning products and equipment.
• Follow infection prevention and safety procedures.
• Respond promptly to housekeeping requests from residents and staff.
• Help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors
