NHS Management, LLC's Long-Term Care & Rehabilitation facility in Alabama is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Aide for full-time, on-site work. You will clean and sanitize resident rooms and common areas, supporting a safe, comfortable environment for residents and staff.

We value a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with attention to infection prevention and resident dignity.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to perform the essential physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Dust, disinfect, and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Clean windows, mirrors, floors, and other assigned areas.
• Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Properly use approved cleaning products and equipment.
• Follow infection prevention and safety procedures.
• Respond promptly to housekeeping requests from residents and staff.
• Help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors.
