Hanover Nursing and Rehab in Hanover, PA seeks a reliable Housekeeping Assistant to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors and staff. This is a full-time role with every other weekend expectations.

Responsibilities include dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting, polishing surfaces, restocking supplies, and following infection control procedures. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and more.

Housekeeping Assistant

Position Type: Full-Time, Every other weekend

Hanover Nursing and Rehab is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our skilled nursing facility. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping duties, including but not limited to:

  • Dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting

  • Polishing surfaces

  • Emptying wastebaskets

  • Cleaning and replenishing supplies

  • Sweeping and mopping floors

• Follow established cleaning schedules and infection control procedures

• Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and appropriately

• Maintain a neat, sanitary, and hazard-free environment throughout the facility
