Yorkview Nursing and Rehab in York, PA is seeking a Housekeeper to join our skilled nursing facility. The Housekeeping Assistant will perform cleaning and organizing duties to keep residents and staff safe and comfortable.

Shift is Full-Time, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, with Every Other Weekend (EOW). Responsibilities include following housekeeping procedures, handling soiled linens, folding resident linens, transporting linens, and keeping the facility tidy.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or related fields preferred.
• Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

The Housekeeping Assistant will perform a variety of cleaning and organizing duties to ensure a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment for residents and staff.

Shift

• Full-Time

• 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

• Every Other Weekend (EOW)

Responsibilities

• Follow established housekeeping procedures and protocols

• Place soiled linens (facility and resident personal items) into washing machines

• Fold or hang clean resident personal linens

• Transport and distribute linens to resident rooms in a timely manner

• Hang clothing in closets and place items neatly in drawers

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or related fields preferred

• Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment
