Sylvan Shores Health & Wellness is seeking a Housekeeping Aide for a full-time position with a 4 on 2 off schedule to maintain resident rooms and common areas. You will clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and assist with activity room setups while following procedures and communicating with residents and supervisors.

Requirements include at least one year of housekeeping experience and English literacy. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to quality care and service.

Qualifications

• At least one year of housekeeping experience, required.
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English.
• Must be able to speak and understand English in order to communicate with supervisors and residents.

Responsabilités

• Clean bathrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories and fixtures in apartment and common areas.
• Vacuum carpeted areas and mop tile floors.
• Spot clean walls and windows.
• Dust furniture and empty trash cans.
• Clean baseboards, pictures, lights and HVAC vents.
• Honor any additional housekeeping request made by the residents during the allotted time.
• Assist with picking up trash.
• Assist with activity room set-ups, will require movement of furniture.
• Report any pertinent information to management directly related to the well-being of the resident.
• Perform any additional housekeeping tasks as necessary.
