Job summary

The Springs Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Aide for full-time day shifts. You will maintain resident rooms and common areas to ensure a clean, welcoming environment for long-term and short-term guests.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions are essential for this role. Responsibilities include cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and assisting with activity room setups.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English.
• Must be able to speak and understand English to communicate with supervisors and residents.

Responsibilities

• Clean all bathrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories and fixtures in apartment and common areas.
• Vacuum carpeted areas and mop tile floors and spot clean walls and windows.
• Dust furniture and empty trash cans and clean baseboards, pictures, lights and HVAC vents.
• Honor any additional housekeeping request made by the residents during the allotted time.
• Assist with picking up trash and assist with activity room set-ups, will require movement of furniture.
• Report any pertinent information to management directly related to the well-being of the resident.
• Perform any additional housekeeping tasks as necessary.
