Job summary

Forest Hills Common is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Aide to provide cleaning services, ensuring a safe, sanitary and homelike environment for residents and staff. Schedule is M-F 8am - 4:30pm with compensation at $17.50/hour, located in Bowling Green, KY.

You will perform daily cleaning of apartments and common areas, follow safety protocols, and uphold facility policies while maintaining privacy and resident respect.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, time-management and computer skills.
• Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
• Understand and uphold facility policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned resident apartments, bathrooms, and common areas daily.
• Keep utility and storage rooms clean and orderly.
• Post safety hazard signs when needed.
• Use PPE when exposed to potentially hazardous fluids.
• Comply with safety instructions for chemicals and MSDS.
• Keep chemicals in original containers and consult supervisor if unsure.
• Monitor workplace for safety and fire hazards; report problems.
• Report housekeeping and maintenance problems to supervisor.
• Secure supplies to prevent resident access.
