Mount Holly Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Aide to join our team. This full-time position offers daily pay and a competitive hourly wage between $15.92 and $17.50, all inclusive.

You will help maintain clean, safe, inviting spaces for residents, families, and staff. Responsibilities include cleaning resident rooms and common areas, disinfecting surfaces, stocking supplies, following safety and infection-control guidelines, and collaborating with the team

Qualifications

• Ability to follow established safety precautions and manufacturer instructions when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment.
• Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform all assigned duties in accordance with established housekeeping standards, safety guidelines, and infection control practices.
• Clean assigned areas, including resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, hallways, nursing stations, handrails, dining rooms, shower rooms, public restrooms, and offices.
• Maintain utility and storage rooms in a clean, organized, and orderly condition.
• Disinfect and sanitize equipment, furnishings, and supplies according to established procedures.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
• Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste materials to designated disposal areas.
• Follow all established safety precautions and manufacturer guidelines when handling and using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or supply needs to appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas of the facility maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance.
