Preferred Care Management in Wall Township, NJ, is hiring Housekeepers to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, residents, and staff.

The Housekeeper will clean resident rooms and common areas, ensure equipment and laundry are well-maintained, and work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to deliver quality service. Flexibility with schedules and a strong work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning with strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow a schedule.
• Flexible availability; may work varied shifts.
• Healthcare or commercial laundry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning resident rooms and common areas
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety in assigned areas
• Ensuring housekeeping equipment is clean and in proper working condition
• Removing trash and soiled linens (must be able to lift up to 50 pounds)
• Learning and operating commercial laundry equipment
• Working collaboratively with other housekeeping team members
• Demonstrating a strong work ethic with attention to quality and customer service
• Maintaining a positive, caring attitude and acting in the best interest of patients
• Reporting any areas in need of repair to a supervisor

Housekeeper Responsibilities

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the facility, including:

• Cleaning resident rooms and common areas

• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety in assigned areas

• Ensuring housekeeping equipment is clean and in proper working condition

• Removing trash and soiled linens (must be able to lift up to 50 pounds)

• Learning and operating commercial laundry equipment

• Working collaboratively with other housekeeping team members
