Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Housekeeper to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain clean, well-stocked spaces across our hotel portfolio. You will restock linen areas, carts, and public spaces while upholding safety and quality standards.

We value initiative, reliable teamwork, and the ability to stand and lift daily, with training leading to certification. This role offers daily tasks and opportunities across multiple hotel locations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering guests the best service and experience.
• Desire to take initiative and self-motivate.
• Ability to use good judgement and critical thinking skills.
• Certification sign-off after completing training.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally; stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality service to guests and anticipate and exceed expectations.
• Clean and restock linen closets and storage rooms with linens and supplies.
• Restock housekeeping carts with clean, sanitized glasses and cups.
• Vacuum and/or mop hallways and stairwells.
• Clean offices, Front Office areas, and associate break room.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do

• A housekeeper will provide the highest quality of service to the guest and anticipate and exceed guest expectations


• Clean and restock linen closets, linen and storage rooms with linen and supplies


• Restock housekeeping carts with clean, sanitized glasses and cups


• Vacuum and/or mop hallways and stairwells


• Cleaning of offices, Front Office areas, and associate break room


• Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

• The Housekeeper will have experience and desire to give guests the best service and experience
