Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Hotel Housekeeper and guest room attendant to create first impressions by ensuring every guest room and common area is clean, sanitary, and sparkling from the moment guests walk in.

Ideal candidates have prior hotel housekeeping or room attendant experience, strong guest focus, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours. Training is provided for the right candidate, with benefits starting on day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping or room attendant roles is preferred; training provided for right candidate.
• Strong guest focus and desire to deliver a clean, welcoming room experience.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain high sanitation standards.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality housekeeping service in guest rooms and suites.
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to premium standards.
• Strip linens, dust, vacuum, and restock supplies.
• Maintain organized housekeeping carts and workflow.

What You'll Do

• Deliver the highest quality of hotel housekeeping service to guests — anticipating needs and consistently exceeding expectations in every guest room and suite
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to premium hotel standards — ensuring every surface, fixture, and amenity is spotless and guest-ready
• Strip dirty linens and trash, make beds, dust all surfaces, vacuum carpets, and restock guest room supplies and amenities
• Clean, organize, and restock the housekeeping cart to maintain an efficient and professional room attendant workflow
• Self-inspect completed guest rooms and submit accurate room status reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor upon completion
• Practice safety standards at all times and help maintain a safe hotel environment for guests and associates
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

• Prior hotel housekeeping, room attendant, or professional cleaning experience preferred — one year preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate
• Strong guest focus and customer service skills — you take pride in delivering a clean, welcoming hotel room experience every time
• Reliability, dependability, and attention to detail in maintaining premium hotel cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Motivation and initiative to bring your best self to every shift in a fast-paced hotel housekeeping environment
• Successful completion of housekeeping training with certification sign-off
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs. regularly and up to 25 lbs. occasionally; ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods
• Flexibility to work varied hours, weekends, and holidays as the hotel business needs require
