White Lodging is hiring a Hotel Housekeeper and guest room attendant to ensure every room and common area is clean, sanitary, and guest-ready from the moment guests arrive. The role emphasizes guest focus, reliability, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel housekeeping or room attendant experience is preferred, training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Strong guest service mindset and a pride in delivering a welcoming room experience.
• Reliability and a detail-oriented approach to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Motivation to perform well in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Successful completion of housekeeping training with certification sign-off.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 25 lbs occasionally; stand and move quickly.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

• Deliver the highest quality of hotel housekeeping service to guests — anticipating needs and consistently exceeding expectations in every guest room and suite
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to premium hotel standards — ensuring every surface, fixture, and amenity is spotless and guest-ready
• Strip dirty linens and trash, make beds, dust all surfaces, vacuum carpets, and restock guest room supplies and amenities
• Clean, organize, and restock the housekeeping cart to maintain an efficient and professional room attendant workflow
• Self-inspect completed guest rooms and submit accurate room status reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor upon completion
• Practice safety standards at all times and help maintain a safe hotel environment for guests and associates
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

• Prior hotel housekeeping, room attendant, or professional cleaning experience preferred — one year preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate
• Strong guest focus and customer service skills — you take pride in delivering a clean, welcoming hotel room experience every time
• Reliability, dependability, and attention to detail in maintaining premium hotel cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Motivation and initiative to bring your best self to every shift in a fast-paced hotel housekeeping environment
• Successful completion of housekeeping training with certification sign-off
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs. regularly and up to 25 lbs. occasionally; ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods
• Flexibility to work varied hours, weekends, and holidays as the hotel business needs require
