Care Initiatives is seeking a compassionate Housekeeping Aide for a part-time daytime position in Iowa. You will provide housekeeping and laundry support to residents during their healthcare journey, contributing to a home-like atmosphere.

• Carry out daily housekeeping and laundry duties following established task lists and procedures to support cleanliness, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized environment for residents, families, visitors, and team members.
• Complete assigned cleaning schedules and service areas with attention to detail, sanitation, and infection prevention while collaborating effectively with the care team.
• Engage respectfully and professionally with residents and guests, contributing to a positive and supportive facility atmosphere.
