Care Initiatives is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Aide in Iowa to support residents’ comfort and wellbeing throughout their healthcare journey.

You will perform daily housekeeping and laundry tasks, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and infection control. The role emphasizes empathy, respect, and a home-like atmosphere for residents and families.

• Complete assigned cleaning schedules and service areas with attention to detail, sanitation, and infection prevention while collaborating effectively with the care team.
• Engage respectfully and professionally with residents and guests, contributing to a positive and supportive facility atmosphere.
