Job summary

The Waters of Cheatham in Ashland City, TN seeks a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. This full-time role involves cleaning resident rooms and other interior and exterior areas to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

Under supervision, you will follow established policies and state regulations, complete assigned tasks with accuracy, and coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure consistent standards of cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions.
• Ability to set work priorities and work independently in the absence of supervision.
• Must meet health assessment requirements, including two-stage Mantoux skin test.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.

The Waters of Cheatham is looking for Full Time Housekeepers to join our TEAM!!!

Full Time/Part Time Available

Under the direction of the Director of Housekeeping, this position is delegated the following essential functions:

• Cleaning resident rooms and other interior and exterior facility areas and assisting in maintaining a clean and attractive environment for the residents
• Carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures

Job Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma or sufficient knowledge and education to perform job functions
• Understand and carry out oral and written directions
• Is capable of setting work priorities and working independently in the absence of supervision
• Must meet health assessment requirements, including two-stage Mantoux skin test
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations
