This position is located within the Environmental Management Services Division of a VA Medical Center. This position is under the direct supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor or designee. It involves performing both janitorial and custodial services, such as textile distribution and inventory management, sanitizing and disinfecting, waste removal, cleaning blinds, washing windows and walls, discharge cleaning, sweeping, scrubbing, extracting, polishing floors, and applying floor finishes.

Experience: A specific length of training and experience is not required, but you must demonstrate evidence of training or experience of sufficient scope and quality to perform the duties of this position. This must be supported by detailed descriptions on your resume. Applicants will be rated according to the OPM Federal Wage System Qualification Standards.
