Job summary

Colonial American Development Corporation is seeking a Housekeeper at River Bend Place in New Haven, WV 25265-4101 to perform daily cleaning of senior apartment community offices, resident amenities, vacant units and common areas. This part-time role requires attention to detail, the ability to read and communicate in English, and the stamina to stand and move throughout shifts.

Pay ranges from $13.00 to $15.00 per hour, with responsibilities including cleaning, trash removal, and coordinating

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning and sanitizing of leasing offices, clubhouses, kitchens, model units, hallways and other common areas.
• Work with the Property Manager to ensure vacant units are cleaned and ready for rent.
• Picks up and empties trash in the leasing office and common areas.
• Clean and sanitize common area laundry rooms as needed.
• Notifies maintenance if something is not working properly.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
