Job summary

River bend Place in West Virginia is seeking a detail-oriented housekeeper to perform daily cleaning of senior apartment community offices, resident amenities, and common areas. You will sanitize leasing offices, clubhouses, kitchens, model units, and hallways, and assist in preparing vacant units for rent in collaboration with the Property Manager.

• Daily cleaning and sanitizing of leasing offices, clubhouses, kitchens, models, hallways and other common areas.
• Work with Property Manager to ensure vacant units are cleaned and ready for rent.
• Picks up and empties trash in leasing offices and common areas; cleans common area laundry rooms as needed.
• Notifies maintenance if something is not working properly.

The Housekeeper is responsible for daily cleaning of senior apartment community offices, resident amenities, vacant units, as well as internal and external common areas.Duties/Responsibilities:Daily cleaning and sanitizing of the leasing offices, clubhouses, kitchen, model(s), hallways and/or any other common areas including vacuuming, mopping, and dusting when necessaryWork with the Property Manager to ensure vacant units are cleaned and ready for rent.Picks up and empties trash containers in the leasing office and common areas.Clean and sanitize common area laundry room(s) as needed.Notifies maintenance if something is not working properly.Performs other related duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:Detail-oriented and thorough.Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of residents, tenants, and/or guests.Sufficient ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English to complete work efficiently, effectively, and courteously.Education and Experience:Education sufficient to read, write, and speak as needed for the job.Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of standing and walking and frequently pulling, pushing, and bending.Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times.
