Job summary

Carlisle Inn Sarasota is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join our hospitality team on a part-time basis. The role involves cleaning guest rooms, corridors and common areas, with a focus on safe cleaning practices and guest comfort. On-the-job training is provided.

The position requires ability to work rotating evenings, weekends and holidays. You will contribute to a clean, welcoming environment for guests and have opportunities to grow within the DHG family.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Clean, professional appearance required.
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Good English communication skills required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work alone when needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, hallways, lobbies and common areas.
• Use safe cleaning practices and follow health standards.
• Ensure rooms are sanitary and ready for guests.
• Prepare vacant rooms for new guests.
• Wash, dry and fold linens as needed.
• Treat and sanitize items as required.
• Keep machines clean and disinfected.
• Keep laundry room organized and stocked.
