Retreat at Carrollton is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain cleanliness, safety, and comfort for residents. You will clean rooms and common areas with minimal supervision, using standard cleaning supplies and equipment.

The role emphasizes respectful resident interactions, dependable performance, and flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior housekeeping experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of relevant housekeeping experience preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning methods and tools.
• Safety and customer service oriented.
• Able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Cleans rooms as assigned, including dusting, polishing, vacuuming, changing linens, and bathrooms.
• Cleans, details, and refills supplies for all assigned areas as needed.
• Maintains clean, organized work areas and stores equipment properly.
• Interacts with residents in a courteous, understanding manner.
• Cleans offices and other common areas according to schedule or upon request.
• Ensures supplies and equipment are labeled and stored appropriately.
• Keeps inventory of housekeeping supplies and submits orders as needed.

Housekeepers not only help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and general safety of the community, they get the opportunity to bond with our residents on a daily basis and help make a difference in their lives.
