Job summary

Luttrell Staffing Group is seeking a dependable Housekeeper in Lenoir City, Tennessee. This full-time position offers a temp-to-hire path, pays $17 per hour, and includes weekly pay and insurance options for full-time employees.

Duties include cleaning clubhouse dining areas, sanitizing fitness spaces, restocking supplies, and ensuring safety guidelines are followed. Candidates should have a high school diploma, prior housekeeping experience, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior housekeeping experience required, preferably in hospitality or a club setting
• Attention to detail and respect for member and guest privacy
• Strong organization and task prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently or with a team
• Ability to stand for duration of shift and lift up to 35 lbs
• Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize clubhouse dining areas before and after meals, restock supplies, and prepare for the next service
• Keep Pro Shop displays, fixtures, floors, and glass clean and presentable
• Sanitize fitness equipment, mats, mirrors, locker rooms, and showers
• Empty trash throughout assigned areas and restock linens, towels, and amenities
• Monitor supply levels and report shortages, maintenance needs, or damage
• Follow OSHA, health-code, and SDS guidelines to ensure safe, quality cleaning
• Provide friendly, professional service in public areas
• Follow all policies and procedures in place
• Completes any other related tasks as needed
