Job summary

WindRiver Lakefront and Golf Community in Tennessee is seeking a dedicated housekeeping team member to maintain the Clubhouse including dining areas, pro shop and fitness facilities. You will clean, sanitize, restock and present a polished environment for members and guests in line with WindRiver's craftsmanship.

You will follow OSHA and health-code standards, handle cleaning chemicals safely, manage supplies, and work both independently and with teammates to ensure all tasks meet quality and

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred; hospitality or club setting a plus
• Attention to detail and discretion around member and guest privacy
• Must be well-organized capable of prioritizing tasks.
• Must be able to work alone or with a team.

Responsibilities

• The Clubhouse dining facilities need to be ready for service at multiple times throughout the day. Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, floors, and service stations before/after meal periods; restock linens and supplies; empty trash; support quick turnovers between service periods.
• Pro Shop: Dust and clean merchandise displays, fixtures, floors, and glass; empty trash; maintain a tidy, presentable retail environment.
• Fitness Area: Sanitize equipment, mats, mirrors, and locker/shower areas; restock towels and amenities; empty trash; monitor for maintenance issues and report promptly.
• Follow OSHA and health-code sanitation standards; handle cleaning chemicals safely per SDS guidelines; report equipment/facility damage; maintain inventory of supplies and notify supervisor of shortages.
• Ensure all work is completed to quality and safety standards
• Provide friendly, professional service while working in public areas of the property

Purpose

WindRiver’s Clubhouse includes multiple dining areas, bar, locker rooms, a pro shop and fitness area. The housekeepers maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation standards across all areas ensuring a consistently polished member and guest experience in line with WindRiver's Craftsmanship and high standards.

Must be able to bend, stoop, climb, twist, kneel, lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 35lbs. Indoor/outdoor movement between buildings; exposure to cleaning chemicals.
