Job summary

Promises Behavioral Health in Dickson, TN, is seeking a Full-Time Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment and assist with event prep. The role involves cleaning client rooms, restocking supplies, and adhering to safety protocols.

Evening and weekend shifts may be required; 401(k), PTO and health benefits are noted as part of the package. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of housekeeping experience; a valid driver's license and reliable

• Minimum of 1 year of housekeeping experience in a similar facility is preferred.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and climb stairs frequently.

Responsibilities

• Clean client rooms and other assigned areas daily, including trash collection, changing bed linens and sanitizing surfaces.
• Replenish supplies and/or linen in client rooms as necessary.
• Maintain housekeeping cart and equipment in clean, working condition.
• Ensure proper sanitation of all equipment.
• Follow standard precautions using PPE as required.
• Availabe for alternate, evening and weekend schedules and shifts may be required.
• Maintain professional boundaries with clients, families and referral sources.
• Comply with company code of conduct.
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Position Summary

The Housekeepermaintainsa sanitary,safeand clean environment and enhances the appearance of the facility.Additionally, the Housekeeper willassistwithpreparation forspecial events.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Clean client rooms and other assigned areas daily, including collecting and removing trash, changing bedlinensand sanitizing all surfaces.

• Replenish supplies and/or linen in client rooms as necessary ordesignated.

• Maintain housekeepingcartand equipment in clean, working condition and store inappropriate storagearea when finished with shift.

• Ensure proper sanitation of all equipment, asrequired.

• Follow standard precautions using personal protective equipment techniques, asrequired.

• Available for alternate, evening and weekendschedulesand shifts may berequiredto meet client needs, state and regulatory agency requirements and business necessity.

• Maintainappropriate professionalboundaries with current and former clients, client familymembersand referral sources.

• Comply withcompany'scode of conduct.

• Additionalduties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

• A minimum of 1yearexperience in housekeeping in a similar facility, preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and varied hours.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and climb stairs frequently.
• Valid driver license, excellent driving record, reliable transportation and valid auto insurance.
