The Eliot at Troy is seeking a Full Time Housekeeper to join our Amazing Team. Schedule is Tuesday-Saturday, 8a-4p, on-site at Troy, NY. You will maintain clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring linen supply and freshness for residents.

Responsibilities include laundry, deep cleaning vacated apartments, assisting in meals, and notifying maintenance of repairs. Must be reliable and enjoy working with older adults; weekend/holiday availability required.

• Provide a complete set of fresh linen and towels weekly
• Ensure bathrooms are free from mildew; provide new curtains, bath mats if needed
• Inform maintenance personnel if repairs are needed
• Do laundry for residents, if needed
• Wash window sills in resident rooms weekly or more often if needed
• Maintain and ensure there is an adequate amount of clean linen at all times
• Deep clean all vacated apartments to prepare for the next resident
• Assist in serving meals
• Carry out other duties as assigned

Housekeeper Overview:The Housekeeper will clean assigned areas, with the greatest concentration on public spaces.

Hourly Rate: Ranges $16- $18

Housekeeper Responsibilities:

• Clean resident rooms and bathrooms daily

• Clean common areas as scheduled.

• Strip beds weekly, more often if necessary.

• Provide a complete set of fresh linen and towels weekly.
