OMSHIVANS LLC is seeking a dependable Housekeeper for our Palestine, TX hotel. The role involves preparing guest rooms for cleaning, making beds, replenishing amenities, and maintaining spotless bathroom and living areas to ensure guest satisfaction.

You will be responsible for following SOPs, handling guest requests, and ensuring security and privacy of rooms. This is an in-person position with opportunities for full-time or part-time shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Enters and prepares guest rooms for cleaning.
• Makes the bed and dusts the room and furniture.
• Replenishes guestrooms and bath supplies.
• Cleans the bathroom and closet areas.
• Vacuums and cleans carpets.
• Checks and secures the rooms.
• Replenishes amenities according to company standards.
• Delivers and retrieves loan items (e.g., ironing boards).
• Ensures security and privacy of guests.
• Performs rotation of cleaning duties (steam cleaning, spring cleaning, deep cleaning).
• Cleans guest bathrooms, bedrooms, and corridor areas.
• Replenishes complimentary guest amenities.
• Maintains cleanliness and order of the work area and hotel property.
• Attends to guest calls, requests, and complaints in assigned areas.
• Obtains authorization to enter guestrooms for cleaning and turndown services as required.
• Follows Housekeeping SOPs and aims to achieve high guest satisfaction.
• Complies with attendance and works regularly.
• Performs any other related duties as assigned.
• Reads and understands work/room assignment sheets and ensures cleaning carts are stocked.

Job Responsibilities:

Enters and prepares the room for cleaning.

Makes the bed and dusts the room and furniture.

Replenishes guestrooms and bath supplies.

Cleans the bathroom and closet areas.

Vacuums and racks the carpet.

Checks and secures the rooms.

Replenishes amenities according to the operational standards of the company.

Delivers and retrieves items on loan to guests, such as iron and ironing boards

Ensures security of guest rooms and privacy of guests

Performs rotation of cleaning duties, such as steam clean carpets, spring cleaning, deep cleaning etc.) as required

Cleans guest bathrooms, bedrooms, and floor corridor areas.

Responsible for replenishment of guest amenities that are complimentary.

Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the work area.

Responsible for the Hotel property in the work area.

Attends to guest calls, guest requests and guest complaints in the area assigned.

Obtains proper authorization procedures to enter guestrooms for cleaning and providing turndown services as per requirement.

Responsible for following the standard operating procedures of the Housekeeping Department.

Responsible for achieving and exceeding the Hotel guest satisfaction scores in cleanliness.

Complies with attendance rules and is available to work on a regular basis.

Performs any other job-related duties as assigned.

Atiende llamadas de huéspedes, solicitudes de huéspedes y quejas de huéspedes en el área asignada.

Obtiene los procedimientos de autorización adecuados para ingresar a las habitaciones para limpiar y brindar servicios de cobertura según el requisito.

Responsable de seguir los procedimientos operativos estándar del Departamento de Housekeeping.

Responsable de alcanzar y superar los puntajes de satisfacción de los huéspedes del Hotel en limpieza.

Cumple con las normas de asistencia y está disponible para trabajar de forma regular.

Realiza cualquier otra tarea relacionada con el trabajo que se le asigne.

Lea y comprenda el informe de trabajo / hoja de asignación de sala. Recoja y asegúrese de que el carrito de limpieza para el personal de limpieza esté provisto de manera adecuada y adecuada.
