Casago Select Stays in Leavenworth, WA is seeking dependable, detail-oriented part-time housekeepers to care for vacation rental homes. You will clean, restock supplies, and ensure each space is guest-ready.

Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required. We’ll train the right person. You should be comfortable working independently and delivering consistently high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare vacation rental homes according to quality standards
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, disinfect all rooms
• Prepare beds, linens, and laundry as needed
• Restock guest supplies including soaps and toiletries
• Ensure homes are organized and guest-ready before arrival
• Inspect properties for damage or safety issues and report promptly
• Create maintenance requests when issues are found
• Remove trash and debris from properties
• Move furniture to clean underneath and behind items
• Maintain hot tubs as needed; training provided
• Follow safety procedures and use cleaning products properly
• Attend required team meetings and assist with other housekeeping duties

Position Summary

Casago Select Stays is looking for dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeepers to help care for our vacation rental homes throughout Leavenworth, WA.

In this hands-on role, you'll prepare homes for arriving guests by cleaning, restocking supplies, completing property checks, and making sure every space feels clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Key Responsibilities

Clean and prepare vacation rental homes according to Casago Select Stays' quality standards.

Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, disinfect, and thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces.

Prepare beds, linens, and laundry as needed.

Restock guest supplies, including soaps, toiletries, paper products, and other amenities.

Ensure each home is organized, welcoming, and fully guest-ready before arrival.

Inspect properties for damage, maintenance needs, missing inventory, or safety concerns and report issues promptly.

Create maintenance requests when property issues are identified.

Remove trash, recycling, and debris from properties.

Move reasonably portable furniture when necessary to clean underneath and behind furnishings.

Maintain hot tubs as needed. Training is provided.

Follow established safety procedures and properly use cleaning products and equipment.

Attend required team meetings and assist with other housekeeping needs as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Previous housekeeping, vacation rental, hotel, or hospitality experience is preferred, but not required.

Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering consistently high-quality work.

Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.

Ability to manage time effectively while completing assigned homes to quality standards.

Comfortable using a mobile device or tablet for work-related communication and tasks.

Excellent communication skills and a professional, guest-focused attitude.

Workplace Environment + Physical Requirements

Work may take place indoors or outdoors in a variety of settings, including private homes, resorts, offices, and laundry facilities, often in varying weather conditions.

Hospitality schedules require flexibility and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Reliable transportation is required.

Regular travel throughout the assigned market and/or region, depending on business needs.

Ability to balance, climb, crawl, squat, stand, stoop, walk, bend, push, pull, reach, perform repetitive hand and finger motions, and lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Compensation, Benefits & Schedule

Hourly Rate: $19–$25 per hour

Paid time off, including applicable PTO, sick days, and vacation days
