Job Title: Housekeeper (Temporary)

We are hiring immediately for a temporary HOUSEKEEPER position.

Location: Gracepoint - 2212 East Henry Avenue, Tampa, FL 33610

Schedule: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Days may vary, including rotating weekends; more details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous housekeeping experience required.

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Job Summary

Performs light cleaning duties to maintain establishments such as hotels, restaurants, and hospitals, including making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
• Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
• Dust and polish furniture and fittings.
• Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empty and clean trash containers and dispose of trash properly.
• Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
• Wipe down glass surfaces.
• Make up beds and change linens as needed.
• Realign furniture and amenities according to layout.
• Respond to guest queries and housekeeping requests.
• Address spills and broken items promptly.
• Contribute to team efforts and maintain professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
