Job Description

• Perform general cleaning of resident apartments, hallways, and other common areas.
• Assist in preparing empty apartments for new residents.
• Respond promptly to resident and guest needs and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in responding to resident emergencies when necessary.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward residents, visitors, and co-workers.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
• Problem-solving skills to handle practical issues with limited standardization.
• Maintain a friendly and positive demeanor with residents and colleagues.
