Job summary

Aldea Green is seeking a dedicated housekeeping team member to clean and service public, common, and resident areas in a senior living community. You will follow established health and hygiene policies, dispose of refuse per infection-control standards, and keep utility rooms organized and safe.

A criminal background check and pre-employment screenings are required. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of related work experience, and the physical ability to lift

Qualifications

• Must be capable of sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, reaching, bending, stooping, crouching and kneeling.
• Must physically be able to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted and exert up to 50 pounds of force frequently.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service public/common areas and resident areas following health and hygiene policies.
• Follow housekeeping protocols for dusting, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal.
• Properly dispose of refuse adhering to infection control standards.
• Maintain equipment and supplies to avoid waste and accidents.
