Concord Hospitality Enterprises Company is seeking a Room Attendant (Housekeeper) at Residence Inn San Antonio to maintain clean, welcoming guest rooms on-site. You will perform cleaning tasks and ensure service standards are met to support a positive guest experience.

As a Room Attendant, you are at the heart of the guest experience—delivering clean, comfortable spaces that make every stay feel welcoming.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms to brand and productivity standards.
• Perform full cleaning (beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, restocking amenities).
• Inspect rooms for quality and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked linen cart and workspace.
• Update room status and complete required reports.
• Follow key control, safety, and lost-and-found procedures.
• Respond to guest needs and support team operations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability tolift upto 40 lbs. and remain active throughout shift.
• Reliable, organized, and safety focused.
• Basic communication and guest service skills.
• Must be availabletowork weekends and holidays.
