Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises in St. Louis, MO, is hiring Room Attendants to maintain clean, welcoming guest rooms and assist with daily housekeeping operations.

You will perform cleaning, restock supplies, report maintenance issues, and support safety standards while working on a friendly team. Weekend and holiday availability is required; company benefits include competitive wages and a comprehensive package.

As a Room Attendant, you are at the heart of the guest experience—delivering clean, comfortable spaces that make every stay feel welcoming.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms to brand and productivity standards.

• Perform full cleaning (beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, restocking amenities).

• Inspect rooms for quality and report maintenance issues promptly.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked linen cart and workspace.

• Update room status and complete required reports.

• Follow key control, safety, and lost-and-found procedures.

• Respond to guest needs and support team operations as needed.
