Hyatt Dream Downtown is seeking a Room Attendant- Extra to maintain cleanliness of assigned guest rooms. Prior cleaning experience and clear guest communication are preferred.

Responsibilities include thorough room cleaning, restocking supplies, and reporting missing items or maintenance needs to supervisors. The role aims to ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsabilidades

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including but not limited to, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms
• Keep all closets clean and neat.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report all missing items from room to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle items for Lost and Found according to the standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.

The Room Attendant- Extra is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms assigned. Previous cleaning experience as well as the ability to communicate to guests preferred.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including but not limited to, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms
• Keep all closets clean and neat.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report all missing items from room (i.e., irons/boards, hair dryers, etc.) to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle items for “Lost and Found” according to the standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.

Salary Range

$29.90 an hour - $39.87 an hour
