Job summary

Hyatt House Charlotte/City Center in Uptown Charlotte, NC is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and assist guests. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred and effective communication with guests is required.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift, pull, and push moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• 1 year previous experience in Housekeeping in a Hospitality setting is preferred.
