Job summary

Hyatt House Charlotte/Center City is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and support the hotel's daily operations. You will need stamina to clean efficiently and communicate guest needs clearly while upholding Hyatt standards.

The role requires flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays; prior housekeeping experience in hospitality is preferred, with opportunities to grow within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift, push, and pull moderate weights.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Flexibility to work AM/PM shifts, holidays and weekends.
• 1 year of housekeeping experience in hospitality preferred.

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms assigned. Previous cleaning experience as well as the ability to communicate to guests preferred.
