Quercus, a luxury destination hotel in Gay, Georgia, seeks an experienced Housekeeper to uphold impeccably high cleanliness and guest comfort within an all-inclusive setting.

You will contribute to a serene, personalized guest experience, delivering meticulous service while working smoothly as part of a dedicated team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Weekend/holiday availability may be required; ironing and linen care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain luxury standards in guest rooms, cottages, cabins, and public areas.
• Prepare accommodations with exceptional attention to detail and a welcoming presentation.
• Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Vacuum, dust, sweep, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas.
• Iron linens and guest items as needed for polished presentation.
• Report maintenance concerns promptly and follow safety standards.
• Provide warm, courteous guest interactions while respecting privacy.
• Work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Rotate between different areas of the property as needed.

• Prepare guest accommodations with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every space is clean, organized, and welcoming.

• Report maintenance concerns or damaged items promptly.
• Follow all company safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Provide warm, courteous, and professional interactions with guests while respecting their privacy.
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Be comfortable rotating between different areas of the property as operational needs require, including guest rooms, cottages, cabins, public spaces, and laundry.
