Quercus is a luxury destination hotel and culinary experience located on 4,000 acres in Gay, Georgia. We seek an experienced, detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain guest rooms, cottages and public spaces to the highest standards, delivering exceptional cleanliness and a welcoming, private guest experience.

The ideal candidate has prior housekeeping experience, strong linen care, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with ironing and proper linen care is required.
• English language proficiency is preferred to effectively communicate with guests and respond to their needs.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Positive attitude, reliability, professionalism, and excellent time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and daily assignments in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, cottages, cabins, and public areas to luxury hospitality standards.
• Prepare guest accommodations with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every space is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all guest supplies are fully stocked.
• Vacuum, dust, sweep, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas.
• Iron linens and other guest items as needed to maintain a polished presentation.
• Report maintenance concerns or damaged items promptly.
• Follow all company safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Provide warm, courteous, and professional interactions with guests while respecting their privacy.

Job Description
