Quercus is seeking an attentive housekeeping professional to maintain guest rooms, cottages, cabins, and public areas to luxury standards. You will prepare accommodations with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring spaces are clean, organized, and welcoming for every guest.

Position requires ironing and linen care, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Weekend/holiday availability may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with ironing and proper linen care is required.
• English language proficiency is preferred to effectively communicate with guests and respond to their needs.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Positive attitude, reliability, professionalism, and excellent time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and daily assignments in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, cottages, cabins, and public areas to luxury hospitality standards.
• Prepare guest accommodations with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every space is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all guest supplies are fully stocked.
• Vacuum, dust, sweep, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas.
• Iron linens and other guest items as needed to maintain a polished presentation.
• Report maintenance concerns or damaged items promptly.
• Follow all company safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Provide warm, courteous, and professional interactions with guests while respecting their privacy.
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Be comfortable rotating between different areas of the property as operational needs require, including guest rooms, cottages, cabins, public spaces, and laundry.
