A leading senior living community is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment for residents. This role involves a variety of housekeeping duties, including cleaning common areas and resident rooms, while promoting a caring atmosphere. Summary: Responsible for demonstrating and promoting SRIM's core value of the Golden Rule, treating others (residents, families, and associates) in the same way we would like to be treated. Under direct supervision, providing a variety of housekeeping and/or laundry duties while maintaining the community in an orderly, clean, and sanitary condition.

Language Ability:
Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings.
Reasoning Ability:
Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but straightforward instructions. Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED; or one year related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands:
Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach, and communicate. Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and smell. Occasionally required to climb or balance. Must occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment:
Occasionally exposed to bloodborne pathogens. Accommodations may be made for disabilities.
