Duties for our Rockstar Cleaners

• Perform general housekeeping duties such as cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing residential and commercial spaces
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated areas
• Dusting furniture, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste properly
• Laundering and changing bed linens
• Restocking supplies in bathrooms and common areas
• Cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
• Adhering to housekeeping management guidelines and protocols

Requirements

• 1-year experience in house cleaning or commercial cleaning
• Reliable car, car insurance, driver's license (you will be driving to every clean)
• General liability insurance (our insurance doesn't cover contractors)
• Consent to a background check
• Lives in our service areas (North Alabama)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
• Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
