Cleaner Responsibilities

The Cleaner plays a vital role in transforming the lives of club members by maintaining a clean, sanitized, and safe environment.

• Complete a thorough cleaning checklist daily, including:
• Cleaning and sanitizing fitness equipment and gym floors.
• Cleaning and sanitizing locker rooms, restrooms, showers, and locker areas.
• Properly disposing of trash and stocking supplies around the club and in locker rooms.
• Reporting broken or missing amenities or equipment (toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment, etc.) to the Club Manager.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Successful prior custodial experience preferred.
• High School diploma/GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Continuous standing and walking during shifts.
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during shifts.
• Continuous reaching with hands, fingers, and arms during shifts.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals during shifts.
