Aufgaben

• Daily cleaning and maintenance of the property's common areas (laundry room, garbage room, breezeways, stairwells, parking garage, pool deck, Capri Room, all interior and exterior common areas).
• Sweep and mop floors; dust surfaces and fixtures; wipe doors, railings, walls, and other touchpoints; pick up litter and debris; empty trash; remove cobwebs; deodorize and maintain freshness.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisor; assist with maintaining overall appearance and cleanliness of the community.

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper / Porter to join our team at a well-maintained condominium community in North Miami. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Responsibilities

Daily cleaning and maintenance of the property's common areas, including:

• Laundry room
• Garbage room
• Breezeways
• Stairwells
• Parking garage
• Pool deck
• Capri Room
• All interior and exterior common areas

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Dusting surfaces and fixtures
• Wiping down doors, railings, walls, and other common touchpoints
• Picking up paper, litter, and debris throughout the property
• Emptying trash receptacles as needed
• Removing cobwebs from ceilings, corners, and walkways
• Deodorizing common areas and maintaining a fresh environment
• Reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Assisting with maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community
