Madera Community Hospital in Central California is seeking a dedicated environmental services worker to perform basic cleaning tasks throughout the facility. You will dust, mop, sweep, vacuum, remove trash and linen, and help maintain a safe, sanitary environment for patients, visitors and staff.

Performs basic hospital cleaning responsibilities as assigned. Dusts, mops, sweeps, vacuums, removes trash and linen. Performs scheduled deep cleaning of various areas in the facility to including but not limited to: ceilings, windows, walls, light fixtures, baseboards, vents and furniture. Follows the 7-step cleaning guideline for routine and discharge cleaning of patient rooms. Utilizes appropriate chemicals and tools for assigned tasks. Uses chemicals in a safe manner. Properly maintains equipment and replenishes supplies as needed.
Shift is 3pm to 1130pm, rotates weekends and holidays.
