Job summary

SIH is seeking an Environmental Services Lead to manage cleaning and support in hospital areas. You will supervise daily assignments, train staff, and help ensure a neat, orderly, and sanitary environment across patient care and public spaces. The role blends hands-on cleaning with leadership duties.

Compensation is hourly, ranging from $16 to $24, based on experience. A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

• Lead: Serves as back up for Environmental Services Manager or Supervisor.

• Lead: Instruct and train employees.
• Lead: Prepare daily assignments.
• Lead: Performs environmental services duties to maintain the hospital in a neat, orderly and sanitary condition.
