Position Purpose And Summary

The Housekeeper position demonstrates a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests. The role involves cleaning guest rooms according to company guidelines and procedures.

Major / Key Job Duties

1. Promote a 100% commitment to guest and associate satisfaction.
2. Clean assigned guest rooms adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures.
3. Maintain housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas to company standards.
4. Stock carts and cart rooms as directed by management.
5. Report maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty.
6. Report any guest property left in check-out rooms to the front desk or manager on duty.
7. Assist with guest requests whenever possible and practical.
8. Follow all safety and security policies and procedures.
9. Complete all required and annual training.

Other Duties

• Assist with cleaning other hotel areas as assigned, such as the breakroom, laundry, fitness room, vending areas, stairwells, and common areas.
• Maintain overall hotel cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
