Position Purpose And Summary

Major / Key Job Duties

• Demonstrates a 100% commitment to guest and associate satisfaction.
• Cleans guest rooms adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas.
• Stocks carts and supplies as needed or directed.
• Reports maintenance issues and guest property concerns promptly.
• Assists guests with requests and provides accommodations when possible.
• Follows all safety and security policies.
• Completes required training via Extended Stay University.

Other Duties

• Assists with cleaning other hotel areas as assigned.
• Maintains overall hotel cleanliness.
• Performs additional duties as directed by management.
