T.C. Harris School & Academy, a MyPath Company, seeks a dependable Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe environments across classrooms, offices, and living areas for students, staff, and visitors. You’ll follow infection control guidelines, work with a team, and be part of a mission-driven, supportive workplace.

This part-time, hourly role offers weekend rotation opportunities, driver’s license required, and training in safety and de-escalation to support individuals with special needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Indiana Driver’s License required.
• Ability to pass and maintain DCS background checks.
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting, bending, standing.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to implement approved de-escalation and physical intervention techniques after training.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize classrooms, offices, restrooms, living units, and common areas.
• Vacuum, mop, and disinfect floors and high-touch surfaces.
• Complete student laundry following procedures.
• Follow infection control, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with maintenance and housekeeping team members.
• Maintain dependable attendance and participate in weekend rotations as scheduled.
• Assist with additional facility-related tasks as assigned.
