Job summary

Pyramid Hotel Group is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping team member for The DoubleTree by Hilton Boston Logan Airport Chelsea. You will ensure spotless guest rooms, maintain supplies, and support a safe, welcoming environment for guests and colleagues.

This role is central to the guest experience and offers opportunities for growth within a respected hospitality brand. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, good time management, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience desirable.
• Neat, pleasant personality.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to read room numbers, dates and basic instructions.
• Ability to move, traverse, position self to reach corners and operate cleaning equipment up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Keep work cart orderly and properly stocked.
• Daily changing and inspection of linens and towels, following Green Program standards.
• Practice safety standards and report hazards.
• Respect guests’ property and provide courteous service.
• Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and colleagues.
• Perform other related duties as requested by Floor Supervisor.
