Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting high-touch areas, to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for our residents
Clean and prepare resident bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas to meet our high standards of cleanliness and organization
Operate laundry equipment to wash, dry, fold, and sanitize linens and clothing, adhering to established protocols and guidelines
Maintain accurate records of laundry and housekeeping tasks, including logs and inventories
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions and maintain a positive work environment
Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely and courteous manner
Participate in regularly scheduled in-service training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and regulatory requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on quality and attention to detail
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
