Job summary

Front Porch Communities & Services is seeking a Housekeeper/Laundry Aide at Webster House in Palo Alto, CA. This Full-Time role includes benefits and pays $23.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

You will perform housekeeping, laundry, and related duties under the direction of the Supervisors to maintain clean resident rooms and common areas. Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED and are expected to follow safety standards and deliver quality service to residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Final candidates must pass pre-employment physical, physical abilities test, drug screen and criminal background clearance.
• Housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain neat appearance of resident rooms and common areas.
• Dust furniture, wash walls, windows and floors as scheduled.
• Assist with laundry and linen processing and maintenance of laundry area.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms; report safety hazards.
• Perform all duties following safety standards and PPE protocols.
• Provide quality customer service to residents, families, and coworkers.
