Job summary

Trillium Woods in Plymouth, MN is recruiting a hospitality-focused Housekeeper/Laundry to join our team. This role performs housekeeping and laundry throughout the community to maintain a clean, comfortable environment for residents.

Schedule is full-time seven 30am-4:00pm, 40 hours per week, including every other weekend; starting pay is $19 per hour with generous benefits and PTO. All new hires must pass pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial preferred.
• Must be okay working in homes with pets.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds and perform moderate to heavy physical effort.

Position Summary:

Trillium Woods is recruiting for hospitality focused Housekeeper / Laundry to join their team! This position is responsible for performing housekeeping and laundry functions throughout the community.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents.
• Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position is preferred.
• Must be okay working in homes with pets.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
• Must be comfortable with moderate to heavy physical (bending, stretching, reaching, kneeling) effort throughout the workday and have the ability to lift 30 pounds.

All new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a criminal background check, drug test, tuberculosis skin test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility.
